The Case
Studentliv Stockholm is a project of my own, originally built in Squarespace 7.0 and moved to 7.1 in 2023. At the end of 2023, there was a need to improve the bounce rate and make it easier for the user to find their way around the page.
The Solution
With the end of 2023 overhaul, I improved on site manouverability as well as the design, making it more modern looking and grown up. I introduced a video header on the home page, made most of the page’s theme colors into accent colors and allowed the colors of the associations that are showcased to be present in a new way. I also changed the embedded calendar style to improve mobile use, with the added bonus of making the desktop more user friendly as well.
